Associate Director

Pearse is an Associate Director within the Capital Markets team at Martley. He focuses on underwriting and execution of debt investments within the firm's credit business, as well as the origination and execution of debt to aid the firm's equity investment platform.

Prior to joining Martley, Pearse worked alongside the team at M7, focusing on debt instruments across both the UK and Europe.

Before M7, he spent time at a family office, responsible for the sourcing and execution of both debt and equity opportunities on a Pan-European basis.

Pearse started his career at Goldman Sachs in London, working within the Equity Capital Markets Group. Pearse has a degree in Finance from York University, holds the CAIA chartership (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) and is working towards completing his CFA studies.
