Martley Capital Group is a full service real estate investment management platform whose activities cover real estate investing, lending, asset management and fund management.

Asset Management

Martley Capital has an experienced Asset Management Team, with a proven track record, specialising in acquiring and managing real estate assets for our varied client base. This expertise includes stock selection, undertaking detailed market analysis of the wider market, and identifying opportunities on and off market.

The team utilises long standing relationships, selecting the right partners and consultants, to provide the best possible advice. We ensure that we are constantly maximising value by engaging with tenants, understanding demand drivers, deploying targeted capital expenditure and rethinking and repositioning where required by recognising and embracing value driving trends.

We have extensive experience in the disposal of assets, identifying the best exit strategy. We then provide detailed advice throughout and thorough process management to ensure maximum returns to shareholders.

Investment Management

We operate a central management structure, with local asset teams working on the ground to drive value and optimise performance through business plan execution and operational excellence. The Investment Management Team undertake portfolio wide analysis and management, working closely with the Asset Management, Finance and Debt Capital Markets Teams to ensure delivery of the Fund strategy.

Our team tracks, analyses, models and reviews the performance and position of Funds and assets on a continual basis. Our investment monitoring and reporting processes provide external stakeholders with clear insight into the existing and forecasted performance of assets. We closely monitor each asset though its investment lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, including a detailed underwriting process, asset management business plan and disposal strategy, to boost rental income and capital values for stakeholders.

Joint Ventures and Advisory

We provide expertise on an advisory basis to third parties on strategies for existing assets and targeted acquisitions. Our history of partnering with some of the world’s largest money managers, private equity firms and investment banks, has enabled us to build deep relationships and experience.

Martley Capital’s board has partnered with Blackstone, Baupost, Europa Capital, Goldman Sachs, Oaktree Capital, HIG, Starwood Capital and Westbrook Capital, amongst others.

Debt Capital Markets 

We are a debt specialist with substantial experience in the pan-European real estate credit and finance market with a dynamic and dedicated team of debt professionals.

Our team has accumulated experience through various market cycles. In addition, we possess a vast network of sourcing relationships and strategic partnerships which provides a trusted reputation among real estate lenders and borrowers alike. This proven track record as a lender, originator and manager of debt places us in unique position to partner with our clients and their sponsors to fully understand their individual financing needs with a flexible mandate that can provide innovative financing solutions at competitive costs of capital.

We support new lending and refinancing to support our client’s long-term goals and business strategies. In addition to new loan origination, Iken, our loan servicing and loan management platform established in 2016, has allowed us to gain a wealth of industry knowledge and establish robust loan servicing practices with national expertise.
