Fraser Ramage is an Associate. He is responsible for the asset management of UK assets including The Mailbox and Bridgewater Place.

Fraser joined Martley Capital from Ergo Real Estate in London where he worked as an Asset Management Executive on the Aver Fund, a joint venture between Ergo and NFU Mutual.

Prior to Ergo, Fraser was a consultant for a private family investment house and before that he worked in the Retail Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield in London and the retail leasing team in Edinburgh.

Fraser graduated from the University of Aberdeen with an MA (Hons) Real Estate University of Aberdeen and holds an MSc (Distinction) in Marketing from the Edinburgh Napier University.  He is RICS certified in Real Estate Financial Modelling and Finance Investment Management and is a Chartered Member of the RICS (MRICS).
