Associate Director

Corey East is an Associate Director in the Finance Team at Martley Capital Group

He manages the corporate finance book and oversees the financial control of both credit and UK private fund strategies. Based in London, he joined from M7 Real Estate.

Prior to joining M7, Corey was a Senior Associate at PATRIZIA SE where he led a finance team of four, focusing on a mixture of UK and pan-European private investment vehicles. At its peak, Corey’s managed portfolio consisted of circa €1 billion of AUM and he was responsible for the production and presentation of investor reports to the Board and upper management.

Originally from New Zealand, Corey is a Chartered Accountant of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and holds Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy) and Bachelor of Arts (Communication Studies) degrees from the University of Otago.
